Email and mobile are never public. Approved contact methods appear only after a mutual connection and the attendee’s consent.
No sensitive inference
We do not infer age, gender, ethnicity, religion, health, political views or other sensitive characteristics.
You can leave
Attendees can request deletion. Event administrators can verify, complete and audit retention or anonymisation actions.

Data we use
Events choose the minimum profile fields needed for registration and networking, such as name, company, city, department, interests, goals and skill categories. Email or mobile may be collected for event access, but are stored separately from public profile views.
- Each field can be required, optional, hidden, matching-only or excluded from exports.
- Uploaded photographs are validated and may require moderator approval.
- Staff actions and exports are recorded in an audit log.

Deterministic matching
Matching uses event-configured tags and weights: shared interests, similar goals, complementary skills, location or department preferences. The engine does not require generative AI and does not analyse faces.

LED participation
The LED wall includes only attendees who opted in. A “Show My Circle” request reconfirms public display intent and can be cancelled before playback starts. Quiet Networking Mode keeps matching private.

Mutual connections
A connection request may be accepted, declined, ignored or blocked. Contact details are revealed only when the event permits the method and both attendees opted in. Short-lived QR tokens cannot be reused indefinitely.

Retention and security
Each event has a configurable retention period. Data can be anonymised after the event, and deletion workflows preserve only the minimum audit record needed to prove completion. The platform uses tenant isolation, role permissions, rate limiting, secure sessions, upload checks and encrypted transport.

Your choices
During the attendee flow, you can choose profile visibility, LED display, networking requests and post-connection contact sharing independently. You can update privacy or request deletion from your attendee profile. For a live event request, contact the event organiser named on the registration page.
